A fine morning paddle. The mallards were about.
The woods by the river are starting to leaf. They are looking impenetrable.
There is a small slab of rock just upstream of Squirrel Island. A mother goose was sitting on a nest.
Don't worry momma goose. I won't bother you!
Over by the Cresent Islands, a goose family and their goslings were about.
